Kahl Schwerlast GmbH has, based on the advantages of the Manoovr technology invested
in various MPL semi low-loaders and has shared it with the public on their Facebook page.
In total it concerns 30 axle lines, all of them
in combination with a 3-axle Multidolly. It is
after many years that Kahl Schwerlast returned
back again to the familiar Nooteboom nest.
Their reasons for choosing Nooteboom and the
Manoovr technology: “The semi low-loaders
with 10-axle lines can transport loads up to
105 tonnes efficiently and at low costs. We also
looked at the low floor and excellent steering.
With the new Manoovr semi low-loaders we
have the flexibility to quickly meet the requirements of customers.”

ESTA Award of
Excellence for
the Nooteboom
Manoovr
On 14 April 2016 the prestigious “ESTA
Awards of Excellence” were presented at the
BAUMA in Munich. ESTA is the most important European organisation for abnormal and
vertical transport. In the category “Innovation
by manufacturers” major European manufacturers of equipment for heavy transport
and heavy lifting were nominated. In spite of
this illustrious field of nominees Nooteboom
managed to land this important Award. This
shows that the Manoovr is an important and
revolutionary innovative product, even in
direct competition with big European manufacturers. The focus of the ESTA Awards is on
technology. The innovative tower bearing of
the Manoovr was the overriding consideration
for the panel of expert judges to give the Award
to Nooteboom.
With this ESTA Award Nooteboom received
three awards for the Manoovr within one
single year.
