On the Open Dag of Nooteboom we will show you what’s happening
in the world of abnormal transport and you’ll get to know more about
our company. Th is may be of interest to you because you are a fan
of Nooteboom, because you are employed in the transport sector or
because you would like to work at Nooteboom. In brief, everyone is
welcome at Nooteboom Trailers in Wijchen. Entry is free and aft er your
registration on our website you will be sent an admission ticket.
GUIDED TOURS
See how innovative trailers for abnormal transport are created, from
their construction to the fi nal assembly. During the guided tour you
can take a look behind the scenes of the manufacturing and assembly
processes at Nooteboom.
VEHICLE DEMONSTRATIONS
Th roughout the day the Nooteboom demo team will carry out
demonstrations with various vehicles.
TRAILER & TRUCK SHOW
Th e fi nest Nooteboom semi-trailers and drawbar trailers, heavy
transport tractors and dozens of combinations for special transport with
all kinds of diff erent loads will be on show on this Open Day.
MARKET PLACE
Th e market place has many stalls with scale models, toys and
professional journals.
PLAYGROUND
For youngsters of all ages there is plenty to do. Th ere is a large sandpit,
a bouncy castle, racing car track, trampoline bungee jump, virtual
welding, forklift truck simulator, obstacle course and colouring-in
competitions. And Ad de Koning of STM will be running several
workshops for those who are interested in taking photographs of special
transports.
