Nooteboom Redline Series MCO-PX met Scania 8x4 (scale 1:50)
The models of Nooteboom are available in various scales, from 1: 160 tot
1: 50. Especially in scale 1:50 Nooteboom has a wide range of models.
Nearly every version from the extensive Nooteboom programme is also
available in a 1:50 scale model.
BIGGER
Little ones get bigger. The popularity in demand for scale models has
now also reached the scale 1:32. This scale is often used for models in
the agricultural world. Nooteboom has granted licences to MargeModels
and AT-Collections to produce Nooteboom vehicles in scale 1:32. The
first model in the new 1:32 scale is a 3-axle MCOS-48-03EB semi low-
loader with steering axles and double-folding ramps from MargeModels.
The trailer has a height-adjustable load floor and the model is identical
to the original to the last detail. This trailer is, among other things,
suitable for the transport of construction machinery, access platforms
and agricultural machines. For this model especially, new Volvo tractors
in scale 1:32 have also been developed. A 2-axle or 3-axle tractor is
available. There has been so much interest that the first series sold out

very quickly. In the meantime a Nooteboom Sprinter service bus in
1:32 has been added to the programme and is available now. Various
Mercedes tractors in this scale will come on the market too.
EXPANSION OF THE COLLECTION
Later this year AT-Collections will introduce the ASDV-40-22, a 4-axle
drawbar trailer. At the Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg a
prototype was already on show. As a result of its
great success MargeModels has by now
already started the next
project for Nooteboom.
This model is expected to
be available towards
the end of 2019. ■
